Initially a thorough assessment of your or your loved one’s needs and preferences. Based on this assessment, we develop a personalized care that outlines the services to be provided, which is regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.

Is there a minimum number of hours for your service?

Our services are flexible to accommodate a wide range of needs, from 8 hours or more. We work with you to determine the level of support required and tailor our services accordingly, ensuring that we provide both comprehensive and cost-effective solutions.

What happens if a caregiver is sick or unavailable?

We have a robust system in place to ensure continuity of care, including 170 certified caregivers who can step in if the primary caregiver is sick or unavailable. Our priority is to ensure that there is no interruption in the high level of care we provide, regardless of circumstances.
